Understand. Heal. Grow. We Can Do This Together.
Rhonda is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Drawing on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), she integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy are favored and effective due to the massive evidence-based research for interventions. Being EMDR trained, this approach is used for many situations which impact clients that may stem from past memories. Rhonda believes in helping the client identify their strengths and empower each person, couple or family seeking her professional services to find the path to reach their potential. Also, as a Certified Anger Management Specialist, you can attend sessions with her which are court approved and a schedule can be tailored to meet your requirements.
